In the guest house “DOM 15” we are happy to provide you with the following services:

ACCOMMODATION COST INCLUDED:

  • An individual approach to each guest.
  • Access 24 hours.
  • Daily cleaning of the bathrooms.
  • Change bed linen once a week, change towels and
    room cleaning – twice a week.
  • Security: burglar alarm, panic button, fire
    alarm, fire extinguishers on each floor, video surveillance during
    backyard, medical kit.
  • Ventilation system with heated air.
  • Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV in every room.
  • Parking in the courtyard or garage.
  • Safe, fax, photocopy.
  • Coffee (coffee machine) and tea all day.
  • Use of the kitchen and all household appliances (large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher). Cooking is allowed in the kitchen. The request to clean up after yourself and not to take cutlery and crockery into the rooms.
  • Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer.
  • Extra cot for a child under 3 years old (advise when booking).
  • Use of recreation areas (gazebos, barbecue oven, barbecue facilities, tandoor).
  • Use of the library, children’s playroom.
  • Sports equipment, table hockey and other board games.
  • Registration of foreign citizens.
  • Reporting documents (contract, check, etc.).
  • City map, taxi call.
  • Order tickets for cultural and sports events held in the city.

SERVICES PROVIDED FOR ADDITIONAL FEES (REQUEST PRICES):

  • Transfer from / to Minsk National Airport (Minsk-2).
  • Early check-in (see the Payment section).
  • Late eviction (see the Payment section).
  • Bath or sauna only for guests staying in the house. Time of use from 10.00 to 00.00 hours.
  • The services of a steam bath and a massage therapist.
  • Bicycle rental.
  • Dry cleaning and minor repairs of clothing.
  • Baby sitting services.
  • Ordering and delivering food and food to the room.
  • Organization of excursions.
  • Providing a separate room (from 75 to 150 sq.m.) for business events (up to 25 people).
  • Rent the whole house.
